There are 3 rooms available for guests all with private en-suite bathrooms. The Tulip Room has its own private access and deck set amongst the garden. The Oak and Chestnut rooms are situated in the Garden Cottage with views of the Inglis River and gardens. Continental breakfast is included and is provided as room service. Cooked breakfast options are also available at extra cost.

Tulip Room

The Tulip Room, named after the beautiful flowers that are on show in our area and garden during Spring, is the largest room available. With its own private access and outside deck positioned under the shade of the magnificent English Oak, guests can enjoy their own space and garden. After a complete renovation it has been styled to reflect the federation era of the main house, with a modern twist. The Tulip Room offers every convenience needed for short or long stays, including a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and extra crockery.

Oak Room

The Oak Room, named after the magnificent shady French Oak tree in the back garden, is spacious with a queen and single bed for an extra guest of child. The room is well equipped for either short or longer stays, with microwave, bar fridge and full crockery supplied. A private area with a couch is also available for use outside your door.

Chestnut Room

The Chestnut Room, named after the graceful Chestnut tree in the back garden, is spacious with a queen and single bed for an extra guest of child. The room is well equipped for either short or longer stays, with microwave, bar fridge and full crockery supplied. A single foldaway bed can also be set up for a fourth person, perfect for travelling families. A private area with a couch is also available for use outside your door.
